Design and technical operation
The site was designed, built and published by Grizzlu, which also provides its hosting and technical maintenance. Content updates are applied by Grizzlu at the house’s request.
Grizzlu takes no part in bookings or in correspondence with travellers, and has no access to any of the messages sent to them.

Hosting
The site is hosted on a dedicated server administered and operated by Grizzlu, located in Germany, within the European Union.
It is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which provides caching and protection. Cloudflare’s role and the data it sees are described in the privacy policy.

The texts, the photographs of the houses and their neighbourhoods, and the 心の巣 crest (mon) are the property of Kokoro Nest, unless otherwise stated.
None of the photographs published here is royalty-free. They fall under no open licence, are not offered for download and are not reusable: they exist on this site only to show these two houses. Reproducing them, republishing them on a listing, a website, a blog or a social network, and any commercial use are prohibited without prior written consent.
The visual design, the layout, the code and the icon drawings are the work and the property of Grizzlu / Rémi Thomase. Grizzlu® is a trademark registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
The guestbook reviews are travellers’ own words, originally published on Booking.com and reproduced here with their source stated. They belong to their authors.
